The Cancer Center of Kansas (CCK) is seeking a PRN, on-site Phlebotomist to join our team in our Wichita, KS offices.
This is a PRN position, where you'll enjoy the flexibility to work as needed, (with no major holidays, no on-call and no weekends) providing exceptional support and care.

Under direct supervision, is responsible for the collecting and processing of specimens from patients.
Follows quality assurance and safety policies and procedures.
Assists with patient flow as needed.
Properly identifies patient, draws blood samples and sends to laboratory for analysis.
Maintains collection areas and equipment and performs record keeping duties.
Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with licensure from an accredited phlebotomy school recommended. This is an entry-level position requiring no prior experience but necessitating the ability to handle physical demands and exposure to biohazardous materials.
