Provide professional and compassionate in-home care to senior clients. Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene. Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support. Support clients with meal preparation, medication reminders, and daily routines. Assist with dementia care and specialized client needs. Provide companionship while promoting independence and quality of life. Follow care plans and communicate with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals. Complete accurate documentation of care provided.
Active CNA Certification preferred. Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), PCA, or Private Duty Caregiver preferred. Experience with: Senior Care Dementia Care Alzheimer’s Care Companion Care Personal Care Home Care Services Compassionate, professional, and dependable. Ability to pass background check.
