  • Nights, 6:30pm-7am What You Will Do Support the patient’s journey toward recovery by assisting with personal care and daily activities, ensuring every individual feels dignified and comfortable during their stay. Champion patient safety by skillfully aiding in movement and positioning, protecting patients from injury while ensuring they are placed for optimal clinical care. Advocate for patient health by vigilantly observing and reporting changes in physical or emotional conditions to the nursing team, acting as a vital early-warning system for the unit. Document the care experience with precision, ensuring that patient records accurately reflect their progress and status for the entire medical team. Maintain a healing environment by keeping patient rooms orderly and ensuring medical equipment is clean and ready for immediate use.

Education
