All nocturnist 12-hour shifts 144 shifts per year Starting base salary: $375,000 Extra shifts available to work Sign-on bonus Residency stipend available Loan or Mortgage Assistance, up to $200,000 Work - life balance Oversight of APC required Experience in Urgent Care setting preferred Family Medicine, ER, or Urgent Care physicians may apply Internal Medicine physicians may apply if willing to do basic urgent care procedures and see pediatric patients Stable and growing group EHR: Epic
