  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Full-Time Our new facility will open in July 2026 to provide continuous care for patients recovering from strokes, trauma, and other major injuries. What You Will Do Coordinate and facilitate patient admission according to patient acuity, bed availability, and required services. Perform onsite clinical assessments of potential candidates. Coordinate transfer process, working with referral sources, insurance companies, and various healthcare staff and departments. Monitor patient’s insurance status during hospital stay. Assist with development and improvement of processes designed to keep referral sources informed of patient status and discharge recommendations. Provide pre-admission assessment, insurance verification, and pre-certification for admission

Requirements
