Nurse practitioner (Arnp) or physician assistant (Pa-C)
1- Full-time (4 day work week with 1 late evening per week)
Current Licensure in the state of IA.
One to two years advanced clinical experience required.
Current BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certification (preferred).
Basic computer skills.
Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Provide healthcare to a diverse patient population.
Provide continuity of care to assigned patients.
Provide care to patients assigned to other providers when needed.
Need to be flexible in schedule.
