What You’ll Be Doing: Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.) Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
Preferred high school diploma or GED and experience in memory care, though not required. Must have reliable transportation, effective English communication skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
