Are you ready to make a life-changing impact? DaVita is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in our outpatient dialysis clinic.

As a PCT, you are the heart of our clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under the supervision of our Registered Nurses, guiding and supporting patients through their life-sustaining dialysis treatments. More than just a clinical role, this is an opportunity to build deep, meaningful relationships with patients who visit our clinic several times a week.

Important Note

We are deeply invested in your long-term career growth and the consistency of our patient care. Therefore, this is a full-time, permanent position, and we are unable to hire temporary teammates for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver Life-Sustaining Care

  • Provide safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis treatment.
  • Monitor &
  • Support: Carefully monitor patients before, during, and after their treatment to ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Master the
  • Technology: Set up, operate, and maintain advanced dialysis equipment.
  • Data
  • Management: Accurately record vital signs and essential patient data.
  • Empower
  • Through
  • Education: Help educate patients on their treatment plans and overall kidney health.
  • Team
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a dedicated care team, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers.
  • What you'll need (Requirements)
  • Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent.
  • Comfort working around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work long shifts on your feet.
  • A team-player mindset with a willingness to float between local clinics if needed.
  • A flexible schedule, with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Stand out with (Preferred qualifications)
  • Cna, ma, cht, or phlebotomy certification.
  • Previous healthcare or direct patient care experience.
  • No healthcare experience? No problem-we are open to candidates interested in starting their healthcare career who possess a strong desire to learn.
