This role supports the Nurse Manager in coordinating patient care by utilizing the nursing process to assess patient needs and address system issues to ensure quality care delivery. The Resource Nurse also serves as the main clinical resource for specialty-related questions and facilitates daily unit operations through effective communication and leadership.
