What you'll do: Provide direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition Assist with medication administration and treatment plans Support daily living and habilitation goals for individuals served Keep accurate and timely health records What you'll need: Active Indiana LPN license Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Reliable, patient, and team-oriented attitude CPR/First Aid certification Why Kahak Inc.?
