We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and resilient mental health professionals to join our network as 1099 independent contractors. This role is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy to veterans and military service members. Our mission is to bridge the gap in specialized mental health care for those who have served.
We are looking for clinicians who are not only experienced but also deeply comfortable and competent in addressing the complex and urgent challenges often faced by this population.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide weekly psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. Utilize evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, CPT, PE, ACT) appropriate for treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and military adjustment. Demonstrate clinical competence and stability in assessing and treating suicidality and self-harm ideation within a risk-management framework. Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation in our secure EHR system. Collaborate with other care providers as needed (with client consent).
Prior military service or extensive experience working within VA/DoD systems. Training/certification in CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), PE (Prolonged Exposure), or EMDR. Experience with substance use co-morbidity.
