Physical Therapist | Full-Time Outpatient Clinic Opening The Role We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Grain Valley, MO.
This role is responsible for providing evaluation, treatment planning, therapy services, patient education, and documentation for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
The clinic serves patients ages 11 to 90 and offers a varied outpatient caseload.
The team includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, allowing for regular communication and coordinated care throughout the patient experience.
Location and Setting Employment Type: Full-Time Clinic Setting: Modern Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions EMR System: WebPT Compensation New graduates: $65,000–$70,000 per year Experienced Physical Therapists: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on years of experience Work Schedule Options The clinic would strongly prefer one of the following schedules: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinic Details Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old Insurance Plans Accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, TRICARE, Humana, and Aetna
