As a Caregiver with Touchmark, you will assist residents with activities of daily living as needed - activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility and toileting. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members. Must have current CNA/CMA certification. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, wages increase with experience & certifications! Immediate Openings for 11PM - 7 AM Shift We offer career growth and training within our community for those wishing to begin a career in Nursing or Healthcare Administration. Your responsibilities as a CMA/ACMA may include daily duties such as: Reviewing and understanding the unique service plan for every assigned resident each shift Assisting with bathing, dressing/undressing, and other activities of daily living Answering call lights as soon as possible to ensure safety of residents Escorting residents to and from apartments, activities, and dining rooms In our memory care setting, caregivers may prepare the dining room, take orders, and serve meals Taking and documenting vital statistics Performing medication assistance as directed by a licensed staff The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will: Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Be willing to obtain a CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if you don’t already have one Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
