The RN provides critical care to patients in the ICU, conducting assessments and managing care plans. Responsibilities include adjusting critical drips and utilizing advanced monitoring and invasive equipment.
Required: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate’s degree in Nursing is required. Valid RN license in Massachusetts Ideal candidates will have one or more years of ICU, Critical Care, or Step Down nursing experience Preferred: Candidates with a minimum of one year of acute inpatient nursing experience will be considered for training BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) ACLS certification, support available for certification post-hire.
