Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the team on our Oncology floor. This role will be full-time night shift Monday – Friday with a standard weekend rotation. Our nurses work 7:00 pm – 7:00 am.
A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience.
BSN or ADN - If ADN then complete BSN within 5 years of start date Obtain Chemotherapy/Biotherapy card within 3 months of hire BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association required RN licensed, and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others. Proficient computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous oncology experience with chemotherapy infusion
