Job Location: Will provide coverage as needed at our following two Suffolk County outpatient clinics (no same-day travel between sites required): 521 Route 111, Hauppauge, NY 775 Park Avenue, Huntington, NY Job Type: Per Diem (as-needed basis).
Schedule and hours will vary based on clinic needs and will be discussed in further detail during the interview process.
