Market context

California care coordination role in demand

In California, care coordinator roles in behavioral health are often competitive because employers look for candidates who can combine clinical training, licensure eligibility, and practical care-navigation experience. This position stands out for requiring a master’s degree, mental health experience, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification, so applicants should verify licensure status and prepare examples of coordinating services across providers.
