Full-time Hospice CNA Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8a-5p Available territory openings: CNAs usually assigned to 1-3 counties near the office this position is posted to Provide compassionate care to hospice patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document patient vital signs and changes in condition using EMR/EHR systems. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Support families by providing emotional support and education about hospice services. Drive to patient locations as needed, ensuring timely and reliable service.
