Market context

Massachusetts plastic surgery roles stay selective

In Massachusetts, plastic and reconstructive surgeon openings are typically competitive because employers look for board certification or eligibility, an ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency, and an active state license with DEA registration. These roles often attract candidates with broad reconstructive and aesthetic experience, so review the case mix and call expectations closely. This platform’s requirements and benefits are AI-summarized from the original posting, helping you compare details faster before applying.
