Providence Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its team in Eureka, California.

The Value of Working with Us Outpatient care only 0.8 FTE Monday to Friday schedule, including admin time 2-5 years of experience is preferred Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation is between $170,612 and $217,790 per year (Salary is based on Full-time) The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.
In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
