Qualifications
- Experienced RN & New Grad RN General Responsibilities Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
- Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care.
- Delegates appropriate tasks to appropriate members of the patient care team.
- Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school education or equivalent.
Education
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. Exceptions subject to management discretion.
Experience
Prefer one year full-time or three years part- time experience in acute care setting.
Licensure
Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
Certification
Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at start date.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Completed the first semester/quarter at an accredited Nursing school (ASN or BSN program). Concurrent enrollment in a RN Nursing program or a graduate waiting initial NCLEX.

Prior CNA experience preferred. Proven work history of excellent customer service skills required.
