Market context
In New Jersey, LPN and LVN openings are commonly tied to ongoing staffing needs in long-term care, outpatient, and inpatient settings, so demand can stay steady for candidates with current licensure and hands-on clinical experience. This role is competitive because employers often weigh specific skills and experience alongside base pay, and the requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original job description to save you research time.
