Cumberland Hall Hospital is a 97 bed, licensed, acute psychiatric hospital located in beautiful Hopkinsville, KY. Cumberland Hall features individual units for youth, adults and active-duty military, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average, over 1500 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Cumberland Hall Hospital.

You'll assist in treatment plans, lead therapeutic activities, and work closely with a dedicated team to ensure quality patient care.
Job
Duties to include: Must possess demonstrated leadership ability, the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals, and strong oral and written communication skills. The MHT must possess knowledge of therapeutic relationships as relates to adolescents, therapeutic processes, adolescent growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management of aggressive behavior and BLS American Heart. The MHT has near visual acuity necessary for evaluating patients and reading charts. Eye/hand coordination and finger dexterity are essential for manual charting. The ability to talk and hear is necessary for conversing with and assessing patients. The MHT must have the ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
