5 days 1:00pm-9:00pm M-F; or 4 10 hour days, 2 days 11:00am - 9:00pm, 2 days 8:00am - 6:00pm. Saturday hours are also available**

PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Program. This opportunity will provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model.
$65,000-$70,000 (dependent upon experience & licensure) - Competitive Medical Benefits Package + PTO offered
