Active Texas LPC-Associate license. Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical records. Fluent English communication skills.
Some prior therapy experience, including telehealth counseling, is preferred. Exposure to conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans. Strong clinical documentation skills. Knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment approaches. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Requires a Master's degree in a counseling-related field and an active Texas LPC-Associate license. Candidates should be familiar with HIPAA-compliant records and fluent in English.
