  • Care, you will: Perform admission assessments as appropriate. Teach, supervise, and counsel the patient/ family members, and care providers regarding patient care, disease process, medication use and other related concerns the patient and family may have. Contribute as a member of the team to identify needs for the plan of care. Evaluates effectiveness of plan of care and participates in revision of plans. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician.

Qualifications

Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Licensure

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN). Current CPR certification. Valid state-issued driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation; willingness to travel. One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospice or similar setting preferred. Excited to hear more? Apply now!
