Responsible for operating x-ray and ultrasound or CT scanning equipment to make images of designated portions of the body. Positions and instructs the patient for imaging exams, adjusts equipment and determines proper voltage, current and desired exposure time for each exam. Ensures all hospital mandated safety precautions are followed. Performs other duties as required.
