You will manage complex patient conditions, assist with cardiac and respiratory monitoring, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs Administer medications and titrate drips as ordered Perform frequent assessments and implement targeted care plans Respond promptly to changes in patient condition Provide specialized care for post-operative, cardiac, respiratory, and step-down patients Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards Candidate Requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) NCLEX-RN passed or in progress Minimum 12 months recent acute care PCU or Step-Down experience English language proficiency Willingness to relocate to North Carolina for a minimum 3‑year commitment Compensation & Benefits
