Build a consistent outpatient caseload starting at 15+ sessions/week and ramping toward 24+ sessions/week (for full-time benefits) Deliver therapy (in-person in one of our beautiful Broward offices + hybrid telehealth based on client needs) Receive free weekly qualified supervision (individual and/or group) Complete timely, high-quality clinical documentation Collaborate with a supportive team of colleagues and external providers Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards
Requirements: Required:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy Currently registered (or eligible to register within 60 days) as RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI in Florida Availability for at least 2 late-afternoon/evening shifts per week (e.g., 3–8 PM) Commitment to growing and maintaining a steady caseload
Experience in outpatient, school-based, or community mental health settings Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (highly valued) Strong clinical skills, reliability, and eagerness for mentorship
