About the role

The Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and effective use of medications through proper storage, handling, and evaluation. Key duties include the preparation, compounding, labeling, and dispensing of medications within the hospital.

Pinellas County Rehabilitation Hospital is opening May 2026! Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 36 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.

Position Summary

The Pharmacist ensures the safe and effective use and administration of medications through proper storage, handling, evaluation, preparation, compounding, labeling, and dispensing.

Pay

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current state licensure from the state board of pharmacy
  • Two years previous experience as a Pharmacist

Desired Qualifications

• Hospital Experience preferred
