What is a prn & on-Call caregiver?
When opportunities arise, our office team utilizes a preferred "Go-To Caregiver List" and contacts qualified caregivers who have demonstrated reliability, strong client care skills, and availability. You decide whether to accept the opportunity based on your availability.
In addition to PRN shift opportunities, qualified caregivers may be selected to participate in our Weekend On-Call Program.
Additional details regarding weekend on-call compensation and scheduling will be discussed during the interview process.
