Compensation New Graduate Physical Therapist: $65,000–$70,000 per year Experienced Physical Therapist: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience Clinic Snapshot Setting: Modern outpatient orthopedic clinic Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants EMR System: WebPT Main Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old Schedule Flexibility The clinic strongly prefers one of the following schedule options: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
