Functions in collaborative practice with physician(s) in the inpatient setting for medically complex patients.
Autonomously performs patient assessment, diagnosis, and intervention according to approved protocols.
Supports physician to develop and maintain patients.
Collaborates with specialties and maintains continuity of care.
Prescribes a variety of modalities to meet wellness and illness needs, up to and including hospital discharge and prescriptive authority.

Requires a Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies and a valid Texas professional license. Minimum of 2 years of pediatric or related specialized experience is strongly preferred.
