Provide inpatient nursing care within the Surgical/Operating Room department at UW Health Swedish American Hospital. Responsibilities include managing patient care during surgical procedures and adhering to hospital protocols.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program. Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience 911 Call Center Triage Only - 2 years experience in an Emergency Room setting or Psychiatric Nursing setting. Required 911 Call Center Triage Only - Community nursing experience. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required Bi-annual CPR certification. Required Specialty certification in area of concentration. Preferred 9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire.
