Acute rehab and Acute care hospital experience Or skilled nursing experience preferred Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the practicing state Current BLS certification required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a DPT, MSPT, or BSPT degree EMR documentation experience preferred (Cerner, Epic, or similar systems)
