The Role: In this role, you will provide in-home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). You will follow individualized client care plans and provide periodic progress updates to the care team. Services may include: personal care (bathing/showering & toileting assistance), meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. *Services provided are non-medical
  • What You Bring to the Table: Great communication skills Problem solving skills Reliability and punctuality Ability to travel to different cities (highly desired) Two references – at least one reference must be able to confirm disability-related experience Proof of a negative TB test is required in accordance with Regional Center regulations (requirements may vary by location). If you need a TB skin test, we cover the full cost for eligible candidates. Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid Certification(s) – reimbursement available! Pay rates for this position are set by assignment and may vary depending on client location and services required. Requirements
