Affirmed Home Care is expanding our team in Stamford and is seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per diem nursing visits and shift-based cases.

Qualifications
Active Connecticut LPN License At least 1 year of recent clinical experience Home care experience is a plus Current BLS Certification Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Physical completed within the last 12 months Current PPD or QuantiFERON test, or chest x-ray if required If you're an LPN who enjoys providing compassionate care and wants the flexibility of per diem work, we'd love to connect with you. Requirements
Must hold an active Connecticut LPN license, current BLS certification, and at least one year of recent clinical experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and have up-to-date physical and PPD/QuantiFERON testing.
