We're looking for Speech Pathologiststo join our Home Health team in Pearland (Areas), Texas
Provides a treatment program for those clients whose ability to comprehend, articulate or communicate has been impaired by the developmental process, disease, or injury. Performs care according to the Speech/Language Practice Act and Agency policies and procedures. This is a professional-level exempt position operating independently. Work situations are varied and require initiative, analysis, interpretation of information from a variety of sources, a service-oriented individual, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision-making.
Home health or hospice experience preferred. Experience with geriatrics and disabled adults required. COVID-19 vaccination. The only exemptions/accommodations will be for documented medical history or conditions for which COVID immunization is contraindicated or religious/strongly held personal beliefs.
Graduate of an accredited School of Speech Language Pathology required Master's or Doctoral degree in speech-language pathology per requirement in Medicare Conditions of Participation 485.15(n). Registered as a Speech/Language Pathologist Current Texas State Driver License & Auto insurance CPR required
