Start - Sept 1 - Dec 31 Tues, Weds, Thurs & Fri only T & Th - 10a-7p, W-7a-5p & F - 8a-12p
Basic primary care to employees and their families, ages 2+ 8-10 patients per day Staff: 1 MA & 1 APP
$100 per hour Paid malpractice, shadow training
Must have active CA licensure Must be BC Must have 2+ years experience in primary care as an APP Clean background
