Circulate and scrub cardiac diagnostic and Percutaneous Coronary Interventional (PCI) procedures performed in the Cath Lab Admit and recover pre and post Cath patients. Cross-train to hemodynamic monitoring and is responsible to perform hemostasis Provide direct nursing care to patients, assuming responsibility and accountability for the total care of assigned patients Supervise and direct the activities of Patient Care Associates and Cath Lab Assistants **On call is required for this position**
Associates in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in New York State. 2 years Critical Care experience required. 2 years Cath Lab experience preferred. Prior Procedural Nursing (RN) experience preferred. BLS required for all RN’s. ACLS required for PACU, ED, S Unit, and all critical care areas. PALS required for ED and PACU.
Usd $55.22 - Usd $63.68 /Hr.
