We’re seeking a skilled Social Worker who is passionate about providing high‑quality psychiatric care, leading therapeutic programming, and guiding patients and families through treatment and discharge planning.

What You’ll Do: Provide mental health services within your independent practice scope, including crisis stabilization and therapeutic interventions Lead or co‑lead group psychotherapy and psychoeducational groups Develop individualized discharge plans and coordinate referrals to community resources Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress and treatment goals Offer brief individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and patient/family education Document patient care accurately and professionally Participate in weekend assessments, group therapy rotations, and clinical on‑call as needed What You Bring: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field Licensure preferred (LMSW, LCSW, LPC‑I, LPC, LMFT); eligibility to obtain licensure within 6 months accepted At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Commitment to teamwork, service excellence, and high‑quality patient care Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, with licensure preferred or eligibility to obtain it within six months. At least one year of clinical experience is preferred.
