Directs clinical staff and manages workflow to provide high-quality patient care in a rheumatology setting. Responsible for maintaining regulatory logs, managing clinical supply inventory, and documenting patient data in the EMR system.
Ensures the work flow of the clinical area and directs clinical staff according to provide excellent patient care with direction from Charge RN or Physicians.
Maybe responsible to maintains appropriate logs and licensing for laboratory, CLIA, vaccines and medication under regulatory guidelines.
Responsible for storage and inventory of all clinical supplies.
Maintains a close working relationship with physicians, Medical Director and Management.
Provides direct patient care in a courteous, caring and respective manner.
Documents accurately in EMR system according to licensure and VMG policy and procedures.
Associate`s Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a clinic or outpatient setting required. Bachelor`s degree in Nursing preferred. Current/valid State of New Jersey license (or legal permission to work from the New Jersey Board of Nursing).
Previous infusion nursing and IV insertion experience are strongly preferred.
Computer and keyboard skills. Medical terminology required.

Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of clinic or outpatient experience and a valid New Jersey RN license. BCLS certification and proficiency in medical terminology and computer applications are mandatory.
