The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
In an outpatient setting, remains accountable for provision of direct care to assigned patients. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system. Works as a team member and assists other staff members with implementing patient care. Assumes responsibility of care for assigned patients under the direction of the co-assigned RN or MD. Participates in the plan of care, implements appropriate nursing interventions, and contributes to patient/family education through collection of data, interdisciplinary team collaboration, documentation and excellent communication.

Includes preventative health maintenance, chronic and acute care needs.
The LPN will be part of a team comprised of Ambulatory Techs, RNs, Physicians and APP’s.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, administration of medication/vaccines, minor laboratory testing, communication with patients and providers using EMR.

Pediatric experience preferred.
At least 6 months in direct nursing care preferred but not required.
