Earn $25.05/hr, plus shift differentials of $3–$5/hr based on schedule.
Our Therapists provide direct mental health services to residents in an Extended Acute Care (EAC) setting, working closely with individuals who are living with chronic and severe mental illness. Utilizing evidence-based practices and the principles of recovery and resiliency, Therapists play a vital role in fostering therapeutic engagement, supporting clinical stability, and promoting long-term recovery. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents who require intensive, ongoing support in a structured and compassionate environment.
