The Registered Radiologic Technologist is a professional care giver who assumes responsibility of patients for a designated time frame and to provide care, specifically in the Heart & Vascular Institute. The patient population consists of those requiring an invasive cardiology or invasive radiology study. Educational Requirements Education Level Field of Study Associate's Degree Related Field Or Certificate of Completion Radiologic Technology Licensure/Certification Requirements Licenses/Certifications Registered in Radiography (R) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) And Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Radiography - Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) And And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year - American Heart Association (AHA) Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements Capacity to learn and retain information regarding patient care and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively, follow directions, and complete detailed work accurately. Demonstrates compassion and caring in dealing with others. Manual dexterity to handle small supplies.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $35.62per hour - $61.27per hour.
