As a Residential Counselor at Horizon, you will...
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans that identify patients’ needs and strengths.
Provide individual and group counseling.
Participate in weekly one-on-ones with your manager, as well as team meetings to discuss cases.
Coordinate and collaborate with other service providers and family members.
Maintain patient records consistent with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
Perform other duties as defined by the Program Director.

This position is a full-time position with a schedule of Sunday - Thursday with 1 evening shift required.
Horizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive.
The range of pay for this position is $51,979.20 - $62,296.
Starting pay may be impacted based on experience and education.
There is also a 15% pay differential for weekend hours worked.
Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually.
Sitting for extended periods, alternating between standing and sitting.
Mobility required between worksites and within facilities.
Mobility required with repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements.
Handling light duties, occasionally lifting objects up to 20 pounds.
