About the role

Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center (JTCMHC) is currently recruiting for a Behavioral Health Case Manager to join our Mobile Response and Urgent Recovery Center teams.

This position will be instrumental in assisting individuals of all ages who are experiencing a crisis and in need of support as they regain control of their lives and recovery processes.

The Behavioral Health Case Manager will work closely with consumers and the multidisciplinary team to provide essential case management services, ensuring individuals receive the necessary support during their crisis and recovery journey.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong commitment to professionalism, ethics, and effective communication while interacting with ODMHSAS staff and consumers.

Key Responsibilities: Crisis Intervention: Work with individuals in crisis to provide immediate support, helping them regain stability and begin the recovery process.

Case Management: Perform a wide range of tasks related to case management, including assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up support.
