Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT Complete timely, accurate documentation Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment If you're looking for a PTA role where you're supported, challenged, and able to grow while still maintaining balance, this is the place to build your career.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment About Compensation: $28 - $34/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Up to $2,500 Sign On Bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match. Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold or be able to obtain state licensure. Requires a passion for patient-centered care and strong communication skills.
