Part-Time Orthodontist Opportunity – Baldwinsville & Solvay, NY

As spring blossoms across Baldwinsville and Solvay, NY, so does the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Our family-focused dental practices in these thriving Central New York communities are excited to welcome a Part-Time Orthodontist to our growing team.

With deep community roots, a steady flow of pediatric and adolescent patients, and strong internal referrals from our general dentists, you’ll step into two well-established, collaborative practices with immediate clinical opportunity. This part-time role offers flexibility while maintaining strong earning potential and consistent patient flow. We’re seeking an Orthodontist who brings clinical excellence, positivity, and a team-oriented spirit — someone passionate about guiding patients through transformative orthodontic care in a warm, supportive setting.

Orthodontist Responsibilities Diagnose and treat orthodontic conditions in children, adolescents, and adults Develop comprehensive treatment plans using braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances Monitor treatment progress and adjust appliances as needed Educate patients and parents on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and retention protocols Collaborate closely with our general dentists and specialists to ensure coordinated care Maintain detailed clinical documentation and uphold high standards of patient care Foster a welcoming, reassuring environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program DDS or DMD from an accredited program Active New York dental license Active or in-process DEA license (if applicable) Board-certified or board-eligible preferred Patient-centered, ethical, team-oriented mindset
