This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. • Perform comprehensive eye exams including visual acuity, refraction, and ocular health assessments
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions in aging populations
• Prescribe corrective lenses and coordinate care for advanced ophthalmologic needs when appropriate
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Active Ohio optometry license
• Experience treating senior populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments Schedule

• Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• No nights
• No weekends
